Sickening footage shows XL Bully savaging a small dog as its owner struggles to get it under control when it breaks out of its collar

Merseyside Police were called to reports that a dog had been attacked by another dog in Maghull, at around 4.45pm on Sunday. Terrifying footage shows the XL Bully lunge at the small dog.
